FTX’s recent collapse, widely covered, has resulted in between one and two billion US dollars1 of customer funds being lost, probably forever. I thought this would be a good time to look at whom these “investments” are being targeted at. One of FTX’s sponsorships is the Mercedes F1 team, since broken off due to FTX’s bankruptcy. On the rear wing of the Mercedes 2022 F1 car, there is a nice FTX logo (above the rear-left wheel)....
